Between October and the end of May, the house is offered as a winter rental on a month to month basis. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. We will gladly accept shorter rentals in the event that a given month is not rented. Please contact us for availability. Fees below do NOT include cleaning fee, NH taxes (9%), or damage protection.
